The Science of Vibration and Mood
Every cell in your body vibrates. Your heart has its own rhythm, your brain waves move at different speeds depending on whether you’re asleep, relaxed, or focused, and even your bones conduct vibration. When you’re exposed to an external sound — a deep gong, a gentle bowl, or a rhythmic tone — your body naturally tries to “sync up.” This is called entrainment.
